Firstway charges a one-time, non-refundable fee for the first month of the initial policy. This charge covers administrative support, application processing, and policy setup with our insurance partner.

After the first month, all policy responsibilities—including payments, claims, and coverage management—are transferred to our partner.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the final coverage terms or policy eligibility after handover.

6. Refund Policy

All charges by Firstway are non-refundable once the initial processing is completed. Clients are encouraged to review all terms before proceeding with payment.

7. Privacy Policy

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (if applicable). We share your data only with trusted partners for the purposes of insurance servicing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Firstway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, policy rejection, or denied claims.
